Aussie Stampers Challenge 2

Aussie Stampers Challenge 2 was for a project with a European flavour. I don't have many stamps with a European flavour, just really the Eiffel Tower..............or the Eiffel Tower, plus a few French words LOL!
I decided to try a new technique that I hadn't used before - the Burnt Edges tech. from the Technique Junkies Feb 07 newsletter. OK, so it doesn't look much like Springtime in Paris, more like burnt to a crisp...........but I really do like this technique! I will definitely try this technique again with some vintage stamps.
The main stamp I used is from Stamp-It, an Aussie company, and the 'bonjour' greeting is from Stampin Up's 'Carte Postale' set. I've added a vintage Prima flower and brads.

I like the look Lyn; marries well with the colours you've used on this card.

You did a great job with this technique and it really looks good with these stamps, after all, European flavor should be vintage!
