I made this card for the Micro Challenge over at Caardvarks. You weren't allowed to use any patterned paper for this one, which I found pretty easy as I don't use it a lot anyway.
The background for the stamped piece is a TJ technique from the Dec. 07 newsletter - Technicolor Dye Inks. The background under this layer is just a Twinkling H2O watercolour background done on canvas paper, which has a great texture to it. I've added brads, a butterfly gem and sewed lace down the left side of the background panel, then adhered it all to a black card.

Just a stunning card, I love how you sewed the lace down the side. I am amazed what people can do wiht ink and stamps, I wish I could, but they scare me to death!!
Great card.
Beautiful card - love the stitched lace :):)
