I used the Technique Junkies masked frame technique again with this card. I remembered to do it right this time! All stamps, except the snowflake are by Firecracker Designs by Pamela ('Be Naughty' stamp plate), the snowflake is from a clear stamp set- Holiday Accents by Limited Edition.
Other supplies: Watercolour pencils, Crystalline Kindy Glitz, Impress Cerulean Blue ink, Brilliance Starlite Black ink.
